Information we collect
When you book a call or fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, phone number, email address, city or market, homes built per year, and the biggest problem you tell us you are trying to solve.
If you use the chat on our site, we collect your name, phone number, and message.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed and general location.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to call and text you about the request you made. If you become a client, we use it to run the service for you.
Calls
Calls with us may be recorded. If a call is recorded, we will tell you at the start of the call.
Text messaging
If you opt in, we will send you text messages about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or reply HELP for help.
Text consent is optional. You give it by checking the box on our callback form or by starting a text conversation through the chat on our site. Text consent is not required to submit a form.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who else sees your information
We share information with a small number of companies that help us operate, including Google, our CRM provider, and our hosting provider. They process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

If you live in California, you have the right to ask what personal information we have about you, ask us to delete it, and ask us not to sell it. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to your request or, if you become a client, for as long as we are providing the service and for a reasonable period after.
